SALES AND MARKETING SUPPORT
ATOMIC NETHERLANDS (M/F/D)

We are looking for a skiing enthusiast and sports expert with excellent operational and communication skills who enjoys having a close relationship with the retail landscape, our cooperation partners and ambassadors. We are seeking an operational and structured team player who will take the ATOMIC brand to the next level by supporting the sales crew with administrative tasks and being responsible for local marketing executions.

KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator ATOMIC Netherlands is responsible to support the local sales team in various planning and administrative functions. Together with the broader marketing community this role executes and tracks the local omnichannel marketing plan.

TASKS AND RESPOSIBILITIES SALES

• Communication interface to the sales representatives and all internal departments
• Support in preparation of sales documents
• Administration of master price lists and offers
• Smart service customer responsibility
• Processing and entry of promotion orders
• Order entry for athletes, trainers and cooperation partners
• Creation of various reports and budget monitoring
• Showroom and samples/demo-test process responsibility
• Customer service support: assistance in various dealer product requests and product training

TASKS AND RESPOSIBILITIES MARKETING

• Plan and execute omnichannel activation plans for Premium Partner (Gold/Silver) and E-Tailer in collaboration with Area Sales Manager (ASM) and Marketing Manager
• Support our ASM pre and during sell-in with relevant marketing tools
• Distribute retail marketing packages to all retail partners
• Track and report omnichannel campaigns for Premium Partner (Gold/Silver) and E-Tailer
• Track and analyse sell-through data for Buying Group/Premium Partner in collaboration with the Market Manager/ASM and create a fact-based omnichannel marketing proposal
• Plan and manage our ambassador community (relationship management)
• Coordinate product seedings (ambassadors, internal, partners and demo test fleet)
• Plan, execute and track local events incl. clinics in collaboration with ASM and Influencer & Events Specialist
• Coordinate the community of brand ambassadors to implement consumer facing events

YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

• Enthusiasm for the brand and for sport
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbally)
• Relationship and stakeholder management
• Operational skills
• Team spirit and proactive work attitude
• Digital Marketing experience
• Multitasking skills and flexibility
• Good knowledge of MS Office and usage of CRM systems (Sales Portal, B2B, BI Analyzer)
• Fluent in English (native language: Dutch)

NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of experience in the Alpine/ BCT sports community and/or overall sales/marketing environment
• Experience in the sports industry – specifically in the ski industry is a clear plus
